Finding the balance between coverage depth and a playbook built to last.
The engagement began with a simple goal: define a testable scope without unnecessary noise. We combined recon, threat modelling and a flexible playbook built for different asset classes.
The scope needed to stay focused without becoming chaotic. We balanced coverage, methodology, evidence and reporting to create a playbook with enough structure and freedom to retest.

The early scope had promise, but network, application and identity findings still felt like separate issues rather than parts of one coherent engagement.
The challenge was to create a shared test logic without losing precision, giving the client enough structure to track remediation consistently across different assets and environments.
