2. Scope

These terms apply to:

• Visitors of silkspider.dev and related subdomains.

• Clients requesting authorised assessments or OSINT Intel access.

• Approved investigators and organisations with a lawful need for OSINT.

These terms do not apply to third-party sites or data sources linked from our materials.

3. Eligibility

By using our site or services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 and have authority to request services for yourself or your organisation.

• You will only request testing or OSINT with written permission and lawful purpose.

4. Authorised testing

• Authorised testing proceeds only under a written engagement, scope and permission from the asset owner.

• You may not use SilkSpider services for unauthorised access, doxxing or harassment.

• OSINT Intel access is paid, gated and limited to approved investigators; searches are audited.

5. Fees & refunds

• Fees for assessments and OSINT Intel are agreed in writing and may use third-party processors.

• Applicable taxes may be added based on your location and governing law.

• Paid OSINT access and completed assessment work are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Accounts & access

• OSINT Intel and client portals may require an account and verification of investigator status.

• You must keep credentials confidential and not share access with unapproved parties.

• Unauthorised sharing of OSINT results, access or engagement materials is prohibited.

7. Identity & IP

• SilkSpider threat modelling, methods and deliverables remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise.

• Operators use callsigns Ivxx–Vxx only; we do not disclose personal team identities.

• Unauthorised or abusive use may result in termination of access and legal action.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Conduct or request testing without written authorisation and scope.

• Use OSINT Intel for doxxing, stalking, harassment or any unlawful purpose.

• Bypass access controls, audit logging or investigator approval for the OSINT product.

9. Availability

• We aim for reliable availability of silkspider.dev and OSINT Intel but do not guarantee uptime.

• We may update, suspend or discontinue services with notice where practical.

• Updates may include security fixes, product changes or policy revisions.

10. Disclaimers

• Services and OSINT results are provided "as is" without warranties beyond the written engagement.

• We do not guarantee that every vulnerability or OSINT lead will be found or actionable.

• Use of our site and services is at your own risk within the agreed scope.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed fees paid for the engagement in question.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify SilkSpider for claims arising from your misuse of services, OSINT output or breach of these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SilkSpider operates, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of silkspider.dev after changes means you accept the revised terms.
